Newhaven - Boat & Shore Diving
Newhaven offers a variety of dives, both sore based and from a RIB.
The shore dives are intended to be easier dives for open water divers who want to experience sea diving in the UK. These dives are generally less than 10m and so a great chance for newly qualified divers and anyone who hasn't had the change to dive in UK sea waters to gain experience is shallow and easy diving conditions.
The RIB dives are either to the site of wrecks (of which the UK coast has in large numbers) or a drift dive for those who find finning too much effort! Most of the RIB dives are 20+ meters and so you would need to be advanced / deep qualified.
Newhaven offers a great experience for all levels of diver, and the shallower dives are warm enough in the late spring and summer months to be suitable for those diving in a wetsuit. If you've never had the chance to experience the varietery and excitement of UK diving then this is a great chance to see what it's all about.
