Assistant Instructor
The course will be conducted at London Scuba's purpose built professional training facility in Lingfield, Surrey. The AI course is the first part of the IDC. The AI programme develops the candidates skills demonstrations, rescue ability and teaching PADI programmes in the classroom, pool and Open water.
As an AI you can:

Teach Academic presentations under indirect supervision of a PADI instructor

During confined water dives, present initial skills training under direct supervision of a PADI Instructor

Evaluate Open Water dives surface skills under indirect supervision of a PADI instructor

Teach and certify PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy specialty under direction of a PADI instructor

Teach Project Aware specialty courses

Teach AWARE coral reef conservation specialty courses

Conduct PADI Discover Scuba experiences

Conduct PADI Seal Team Aquamissions

Teach Digital Underwater Photography specialty rating with PADI instructor direction after completing the Instructor specialty rating
